How sober curious are you?
Explore a new relationship with sobriety, healing, and yourself.
Curiosity is the first step toward real change

Addiction is not weakness. It's a response to pain.
Most of us weren’t taught how to process emotions, regulate stress, or meet our needs. We learned to cope the only way we knew how. Addiction, burnout, disconnection, numbing—these are not your identity. They’re signals.
True recovery begins when you stop fighting yourself and start listening to what’s underneath the craving.
Are you starting to question your relationship with alcohol, substances, or any habits that keep you stuck?
Whether you're sober curious or deep in a cycle of addiction, this is a space to pause and ask:
What am I really searching for?

This work is personal
I’ve lived through the cycles of addiction, emotional chaos, and self-rejection. For years I tried to outrun myself. My healing didn’t start with quitting substances. It started with understanding myself.
Through trauma therapy, shadow work, and embodiment practices, I stopped seeing myself as broken and started remembering who I really was. Now I help others do the same. You don’t have to do this alone.
My Approach
