How sober curious are you?

Explore a new relationship with sobriety, healing, and yourself.

Addiction is not weakness. It's a response to pain.

Most of us weren’t taught how to process emotions, regulate stress, or meet our needs. We learned to cope the only way we knew how. Addiction, burnout, disconnection, numbing—these are not your identity. They’re signals.

True recovery begins when you stop fighting yourself and start listening to what’s underneath the craving.

Are you starting to question your relationship with alcohol, substances, or any habits that keep you stuck?
Whether you're sober curious or deep in a cycle of addiction, this is a space to pause and ask:
What am I really searching for?

I'm Joshua Hyde, a trauma-informed coach helping people move through addiction, emotional numbness, and self-rejection into clarity, groundedness, and lasting change. This isn’t about just quitting. This is about coming home to yourself.

What you can expect after working with me

A calmer nervous system and fewer cravings

Emotional resilience and clarity

Self-trust and presence in your body

Tools to navigate stress without escaping

Confidence in your relationships and boundaries

A deeper connection to your purpose and joy

This work is personal

I’ve lived through the cycles of addiction, emotional chaos, and self-rejection. For years I tried to outrun myself. My healing didn’t start with quitting substances. It started with understanding myself.

Through trauma therapy, shadow work, and embodiment practices, I stopped seeing myself as broken and started remembering who I really was. Now I help others do the same. You don’t have to do this alone.

My Approach

1. Get Curious
We look beyond the addiction and explore the deeper emotional and somatic roots.

2. Reconnect
You learn tools to regulate your nervous system, process emotions, and build self-awareness.

We can explore together with:

  • Addiction and emotional patterns

  • Shadow work and integration

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Emotional regulation and embodiment

  • Self-worth and self-love

  • Healthy boundaries and relationships

  • Professional and creative blocks

Ready to take the next step?

If something inside you is saying, “There has to be more than this,” you’re right. You don’t have to wait for a breakdown. You don’t need a label. You just need curiosity and the courage to start.

3. Reclaim Yourself
You begin to show up in your life with presence, compassion, and personal power.
